Marketing Intern
Greetings everyone, my name is Ethan and I have taken the Paid Performance Marketing intern position at ForeToday. In the 3 months that I stayed here, I have learned and enjoyed many experiences every day.
Joining ForeToday
It was my last term at Mahidol International College, I was in my fourth year and needed a place to intern at. I had an interest in marketing, and so I applied for marketing jobs online. One day, a friend of mine recommended to me a company that specializes in digital marketing, being able to run advertisements through multiple platforms, ForeToday. I looked into the company, found it interesting and contacted HR to further my application.
The company sent back a test, to see whether I understood what it takes to get into The PPM position. They provided an account with altered metrics and asked me to analyze what should be done. I eventually completed it and a senior employee reviewed it with me during an interview, where he showed other solutions that could be done.
After I got accepted, the employees and other interns were very welcoming. Everybody was chill and were incredibly friendly and helpful for the full duration of my internship. The company provided multiple incentives and had many teaching materials for newcomers.
PPM Experiences
As a PPM, my job was to analyze data within a platform’s ad manager. The ForeToday process starts the day with a 7 Minute Meeting, where groups of houses are based on departments or what specific platform they run ads on. It was very brief and straight to the point, but would always go over 30 minutes per meeting. After that, everyone went off based on their tasks at the time. As an intern however, I was only able to provide suggestions, upload certain campaigns, and could not change any settings, which I can understand completely. The metrics used were familiar to me as I minored in marketing, but how each employee goes about solutions to a particular problem really opened my mind. Some may provide solution A, others B, sometimes even C, and all would be correct until tested. This is what I like about being the backend of an account, you get to see and test out certain epiphanies you have and use that result to improve and optimize upon your campaigns.

Overall Feel
I really enjoyed staying at the company. The lessons I learned and some practical experience I earned felt satisfying. The company work culture is very friendly and fosters a supportive environment for all who attend. I can only recommend that you join the ForeTeam to experience it yourself.
